Please note that by using Thisispaper Shop you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Privacy policy.
Thisispaper Shop may collect, hold, process and use your information saved at the site for the purpose of providing you with our services and for informing you about our offers. All information collected by Thisispaper Shop will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purposes that those stated above. Your information will under no circumstances be disclosed or sold to third parties. Any information you give to Thisispaper Shop will be handled with utmost care.
2. Product availability.
Please note that not all items in Thisispaper Shop may be available for immediate delivery. Some of the products we sell are sourced from local suppliers and it may influence the waiting time for such products. Other products are handmade by us only after an order it placed. This means that they can’t be shipped immediately. Moreover, we reserve the right, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order without liability or prior notice.
3. Shipping policy.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. As stated above, many products in Thisispaper Shop are made by hand only after an order is placed. For this reason, once the payment is received, it takes 7-10 business days for us to send the package from our studio. To calculate the estimated delivery time, add 7-10 days to the transit time for your country, listed below.
We ship all domestic and international orders via Polish Post. Depending on the size and quantity of the items you order, shipping fee will be calculated on checkout. Domestic delivery usually takes 1-4 days. For international deliveries transit time is usually 5-14 days from the date the order was shipped.
For international deliveries, please note that we do not cover custom charges or import taxes that may apply on entry into your country. As a buyer you are responsible for covering all such charges.
4. Returns.
All items can be returned or exchanged if they have not been used. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the parcel by email at [email protected]. All goods returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. Upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days (excluding original delivery charge). With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that you will need to cover the return postage.
5. Returns procedure.
To return a product to us simply follow these easy steps:
1. Contact us by email at [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving the parcel. Include your name, address and the order number.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in their original packaging. Ensure that the packaging is secured, as we will not be able to make a refund for items damaged in return transit.

4. We are not liable for lost return parcels. Therefore we recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. Moreover, we advise you to insure the package in case it is damaged in transport.
5. Once received, we will inspect the goods within 3 business days and if their condition matches our requirements (that is: “as new, unused and in their original packaging”), refund will be made within 14 business days. We will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund.
6. Please note that any return shipping costs will be covered by you.
6. Cancellation of order.
Cancellation of orders can be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online. A later cancellation is not possible, since we start working on your order as soon as possible and once this time has passed the work may well be in progress.
7. Changes to terms.
These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
